Sie sollten darauf achten, dass Sie keinen Hautkontakt mit dem Produkt haben. F\u00fcr unsere Methode brauchen Sie nicht viele Utensilien: ein paar Glasflaschen, einen Schnellkochtopf, einen Teel\u00f6ffel und ein St\u00fcck Alufolie. Au\u00dferdem brauchen Sie einen Raum, in dem Sie die Temperatur auf etwa 40\u00b0C halten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>1. F\u00fcr die Herstellung von 1 kg Natto ben\u00f6tigen Sie 500 g ganze Sojabohnen (je kleiner sie sind, desto besser) und 1 g Natto Starter.<\/p>\n<p>2. Waschen Sie die Sojabohnen und weichen Sie sie etwa 12 Stunden lang in 2 Litern Wasser ein. Es ist wichtig, dass die Bohnen w\u00e4hrend dieses Einweichvorgangs nicht sauer werden. Die Bacillus natto-Bakterien m\u00f6gen keine sauren Bedingungen. Die eingeweichten Bohnen abtropfen lassen und auf 5&nbsp; Glasflaschen (1 Liter mit weitem Hals, zum Beispiel Saftflaschen) verteilen. Sie werden zu etwa 1\/3 gef\u00fcllt. F\u00fcgen Sie jeder Flasche 1 Teel\u00f6ffel Wasser hinzu. Decken Sie die Flaschen mit einer ersten Lage Aluminiumfolie ab. Mit einem Zahnstocher etwa 6 bis 8 L\u00f6cher in die Alufolie stechen. Nehmen Sie die Flaschen und den Teel\u00f6ffel aus dem Schnellkochtopf. 8 Minuten abk\u00fchlen lassen, die Bohnen sind noch sehr hei\u00df. Mit dem sterilisierten L\u00f6ffel etwa 0,2 g Natto Starter abmessen und in jede Flasche \u00fcber die hei\u00dfen Sojabohnen geben. Entfernen Sie die zweite Alufolie, lassen Sie die Alufolie mit den L\u00f6chern fest auf der Flasche und befestigen Sie sie mit einem Gummiband. Stellen Sie die Flaschen waagerecht in den auf 40 \u00b0C eingestellten Inkubator. Achten Sie darauf, die Bohnen zu sch\u00fctteln, damit sie sich so gut wie m\u00f6glich verteilen. Bebr\u00fcten Sie 22-24 Stunden lang. Nach etwa 8 Stunden G\u00e4rung sollten Sie einen weichen wei\u00dflichen Flaum auf den Sojabohnen bemerken und der typische Natto-Geruch sollte vorhanden sein.
