Als ze op een droge en koele plaats worden bewaard, zijn ze een aantal jaren actief.<\/p>\n<h3>Zijn de starters geschikt voor een veganistisch of vegetarisch dieet?<\/h3>\n<p>Al onze starters zijn geschikt voor veganisten en vegetari\u00ebrs. Ze worden verbouwd op sojabonen en\/of rijst.<\/p>\n<h3>Welke veel voorkomende allergenen komen voor in uw starterculturen?<\/h3>\n<p>Het enige veel voorkomende allergeen in onze tempeh en natto startercultuur is soja. Onze starters zijn tevens glutenvrij.<\/p>\n<h3>Hoe weet ik of mijn tempeh er goed uitkwam?<\/h3>\n<p>De sojabonen moeten bedekt zijn met een dikke laag wit mycelium, zonder dat er zwarte vlekken ontstaan. De tempehcake moet een uitgebalanceerde fijnheid hebben, zodat je een plak kunt snijden zonder dat deze afbrokkelt. Het ruikt misschien een beetje naar paddenstoelen of noten, met misschien een vleugje ammoniak.<\/p>\n<h3>Kan ik rauwe tempeh eten?<\/h3>\n<p>Ons<a href=\"https:\/\/www.topcultures.com\/nl\/product-categorie\/tempeh-starters-nl\/\"> tempeh starter<\/a> cultuur wordt gecre\u00eberd onder steriele omstandigheden en is volledig vrij van pathogene bacteri\u00ebn. Als je thuis tempeh maakt, is het echter altijd mogelijk dat er bacteri\u00ebn binnensluipen en de hele batch besmetten. Deze bacteri\u00ebn kunnen groeien tijdens het fermentatieproces. We raden je aan om je tempeh te frituren of koken voordat je hem consumeert.<\/p>\n<h3>Hoe bewaar ik mijn tempeh?<\/h3>\n<p>Je kunt tempeh maximaal een week bewaren in de koelkast of drie maanden in de vriezer.<\/p>\n<h3>Kan ik tempeh en natto in dezelfde keuken maken? <\/h3>\n<p>Ja, het is mogelijk om tempeh en natto in dezelfde keuken te maken.
